Refund and Returns Policy

If you are unhappy about the product you receive and wish to return them for refund or replacement, please contact the customer support  by e-mail at info@getyourpos.eu, within 14 days of the receipt of the goods.

Please remember to return with all accessories and packaging as originally supplied. Your refund will be applied to the card used to pay for the order; please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be credited. Refunds will be made to the original card of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning your purchase to us unless we delivered to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

A returns authorisation number will be issued upon request. We are unable to accept any returns without a returns number, and the product must be undamaged.
